Cynon Valley museum is having a women and the valleys exhibition.

i have entered the above mixed media piece called screen lasses.. in the 1900’s women in the welsh valleys worked as screen lasses at the top of the mines sifting the coal for impurities. above is a mixed media piece showing them with their tools
